I am a native of the western suburbs of Chicago. I graduated with a BS in Biology from Wheaton College, and earned my medical degree from Loyola University in Maywood. I received my orthopedic training through Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, Hines V.A. Hospital and Shriner’s Children’s Hospital.
I have been with Lake Cook Orthopedic Associates since 1989. I am considered a general orthopedist and treat all orthopedic problems. After performing Orthopedic Surgery for 20 years, I work to treat orthopedic problems non-operatively.
I maintain full medical staff privileges at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, Illinois and am Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and am a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
I am married and have two children. I enjoy reading non-fiction, and am very active in my local church, as an elder and Chairman.
I see patients in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Tuesday is my day off for family and church responsibilities.
